We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our apps are designed with privacy in mind—neither SleepySheepie nor Journly require account creation or sign-in, and neither app intentionally collects personal information from users.

• SleepySheepie: Does not collect personal data. The app focuses on providing a calm bedtime experience.
• Journly: Your journal entries are stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to your journal entries.

Support Communications

If you contact support by email, we may receive:

• Any information you choose to include in your message
• Details about your device and app version (if you provide them)

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and provide support.

Analytics

We do not currently use analytics or tracking services in our apps.

• Journly: Your journal entries are stored locally on your device and are under your complete control. You can delete entries or the entire app at any time.

Support Correspondence

If you have contacted support and want us to delete your email correspondence, please let us know by replying to the support email thread.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect any information you provide. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

Our apps are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with information, we will delete it immediately.
